The Tauferberg half-board includes a gourmet breakfast and set menu in the evening.

• The gourmet breakfast includes a generous buffet with different types of bread, muesli corner, yoghurt, fresh juices, fruit and vegetables, different varieties of cold meats, ham and cheeses, freshly made egg dishes, a tea bar and fresh coffee.

• The gourmet set menu in the evening includes soup, fresh crunchy salads from the buffet, two main courses to choose from and delicious desserts. We are happy to take the needs of vegetarians and people with allergies into account. We provide additional variety with themed evenings and a weekly gala evening.
